Does Grand Theft Auto IV run on Mac?
No — Grand Theft Auto IV doesn't run on Mac right now.
We're not going to pretend otherwise: Grand Theft Auto IV is blocked on Apple Silicon, and it's not something Pixel Port — or any compatibility tool — can honestly work around today.

Not a standalone game (delisted add-on) - belongs to its base game.
Blocks like this sit with the game’s publisher, not with your Mac. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.
