Does Escape from Tarkov run on Mac?
No — Escape from Tarkov doesn't run on Mac right now.

BattlEye kernel at launch; blocks VMs/Wine.
Blocks like this sit with the game’s publisher, not with your Mac. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.
