Does Conan Exiles Enhanced run on Mac?
No — Conan Exiles Enhanced doesn't run on Mac right now.
We're not going to pretend otherwise: Conan Exiles Enhanced is blocked on Apple Silicon, and it's not something Pixel Port — or any compatibility tool — can honestly work around today.

Blocked by BattlEye: anti-cheat does not run on macOS (cannot play).
Blocks like this sit with the game’s publisher, not with your Mac. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.
